Get in touch

Email is the fastest way to reach us. We answer within one business day — usually much sooner.

When you write, include the phone number on your account and, if it’s about a specific trailer, the VIN or the nickname it has in the app. That saves a round trip.

What the app does

Hitchpost keeps your trailer’s dealer-verified record in your pocket: specs, payload rating, service history, reminders, and a direct message line to the dealership that services it. Your dealership enters the trailer; you carry it. Service requests you send from the app land at their counter.

Common questions

I can't sign in

Your account is tied to the phone number your dealership has on file. Check that you’re signing in with that number, digit for digit. If you’ve changed numbers, ask your dealership to update it on their side — or email us and we’ll sort it out together.

My trailer is missing, or the specs look wrong

Trailer records are entered by your dealership, which is what makes them verified. If something looks off — wrong weight, wrong model, a trailer that isn’t yours — message the dealership in the app or mention it at the counter. They can fix it in a minute. If you can’t reach them, email us and we’ll help connect the dots.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email justin.mark.edelman@gmail.com from the email or phone number on your account and ask for deletion. We’ll confirm it’s you and remove your personal data within 30 days. Details are in the privacy policy.

My dealership doesn't use it yet

Tell them to book a demo — it takes fifteen minutes and we do the setup. Or send us their name and we’ll make the call.
